The no win no fee claim process

Every case is assigned to a specific claim manager who will initially decide if you have a valid claim for redress.
If we accept your case, your claim manager will update you throughout our course of action via phone calls, texts and emails. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours.
We recommend that you keep making your payments to your finance provider during the process. If we lose your claim, you will have to continue paying the finance provider back and any missed payments could have a negative effect on your credit rating.
If we do lose the timeshare claim, the credit card company or the finance provider has to explain why this decision was made and confirm in writing that we are able to present your claim to the Financial Ombudsman.
If the Ombudsman rejects the claim, the decision is final. Since we make all timeshare claims on a no win no fee basis, you will not have to pay anything for our services in this instance.
If we win, you will receive whatever redress is awarded to you straight into your account, at which point we will invoice you for our previously agreed fee. This is done to offer you complete security.
Your credit card company will refund you whatever you have spent to date or make you a settlement offer upon us winning your case. All future finance payments will be written off at this point.
