Timeshare club websites
Here at Timeshare Help, we have heard from hundreds of clients about a common trend in timeshare ownership. When you are sold a timeshare, during the timeshare sales pitch you will be able to view the club’s website and look at the booking page quite clearly.
This doesn’t last, however.
Many of our clients have gone home, thinking it would be easy to get online and book their time away. However, when they try to access the website, they can no longer do so. There is always a technical fault which means they can’t see the booking page.
When our clients have got nowhere with the website, many of them call the timeshare club to find out what is going on. When they do this, they are not passed on to technical support as they should be. They are instead transferred to another timeshare sales pitch.
They have found themselves being persuaded to upgrade their ownership with the promise that it would allow them to access the website to book their time away.
However, even if they do upgrade, they are still largely unable to view the website and for fear of having to be subjected to another sales pitch, they don’t want to contact the club again.
This leaves them unable to book their holidays online, resulting in them not being able to actually make use of the time they had paid for.
Timeshare Help has heard this story countless times and we doubt we’ll stop hearing it. If it has happened to you, contact Timeshare Help today to find out if we can help you.
We could get you out of your lifetime maintenance contract and we may be able to make a no win no fee claim for any money that you have paid into your timeshare. It is also possible for us to cancel any finance agreement you may have with a provider.
We can do this by presenting a case of mis-selling. If you felt pressured by aggressive reps during a timeshare sales pitch, you may have been mis-sold to. If you were made to agree to a purchase you wouldn’t have agreed to on any other day in normal circumstances, this may be mis-selling.
We will communicate with your club, informing them that your lifetime maintenance contract is no longer enforceable and that you will no longer be paying fees of up to £3,000 every year for the rest of your life and your children’s lives.
With a no win no fee claim, the process is different. We will work with your finance or credit card provider, explaining why we think you were mis-sold to.
So if you have found yourself scammed into taking out a lifetime maintenance contract and agreeing on huge finance payments, contact Timeshare Help. We have had a great deal of success with our timeshare termination services and we want to help as many more people as we can.
We can deal with timeshare clubs and resorts in any country, so whether you were sold your timeshare in Tenerife or Florida, we could be able to help you.
