Timeshare club websites

This doesn’t last, however.

Many of our clients have gone home, thinking it would be easy to get online and book their time away. However, when they try to access the website, they can no longer do so. There is always a technical fault which means they can’t see the booking page.

When our clients have got nowhere with the website, many of them call the timeshare club to find out what is going on. When they do this, they are not passed on to technical support as they should be. They are instead transferred to another timeshare sales pitch.

They have found themselves being persuaded to upgrade their ownership with the promise that it would allow them to access the website to book their time away.

However, even if they do upgrade, they are still largely unable to view the website and for fear of having to be subjected to another sales pitch, they don’t want to contact the club again.

This leaves them unable to book their holidays online, resulting in them not being able to actually make use of the time they had paid for.
